Welcome to RINSE:
NMR Cleaning Tool

Upload your raw FID file, configure the restoration parameters, and download a physics informed, peak preserving rinsed spectrum directly from the web page, powered by a 1D U‑Net trained on paired spectral data.

global usage —

RINSE queries by region.

Hover over a country to see how many restoration requests have originated from that region. Countries default to zero until the RINSE database is connected.

step 01

Select file format

Choose the spectrometer format of your FID file before uploading.

step 02

Upload input file(s)

Choose a format first. Browser checks are for convenience only; the server will validate again.

Upload your JEOL .jdf file
or click to browse
.jdf only · max 150 mb
Upload Bruker fid
file must be named fid
fid only · max 100 mb
Upload Bruker acqus
file must be named acqus
acqus only · max 1 mb
Upload numeric TXT or CSV
one numeric column or two columns: real, imaginary
.txt / .csv only · max 50 mb
step 03

Processing configuration

Set the zero-fill and apodization for your inference run. Results will include CSV, NPZ, and JLD2 files.

Interpolates the time-domain signal before FFT.
× π
Line-broadening factor applied as an exponential window function before Fourier transform. Common values: 0.1 – 1.0 × π Hz.
Each completed job returns a single ZIP package containing the cleaned CSV spectrum, NPZ file, JLD2 file, preview JSON, and run summary.
step 04
